RSVP: New York Fashion Week Presentation

You are invited to join us as we debut our Spring/Summer 2010 Collection: Revival. This ain't your daddy's fashion week event. In Love Brigade style, we are presenting our Mens and Womens collections through a series of entrancing experiences, ranging from a drive-in car scene to a posh living room cocktail party. Reminiscent of our acclaimed Spring/Summer 09 presentation, each scene will showcase an installation of models, incorporating the ongoing vision of ‘Revival’ to perfection.

Tickets are free with RSVP or can be obtained at the door for $5. General public must RSVP at rsvp@lovebrigade.com, press RSVP at press@lovebrigade.com

The chosen venue, “The Space On 8th”, is located at 213 N. 8th St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Show times are at 8PM and 9PM and are open to the press and general public. As the official media sponsor, Nicky Digital (www.nickydigital.com) will be taking photographs to document the event. Models provided by Red Model Management (www.rednyc.com). Valissa Yoe (www.valissayoe.com) will be collaborating with the designers of Love Brigade to style the looks for each scene. Next-level millinery provided by Victor Osbourne (www.victorosbourne.com). Footwear provided by Jump (www.jumpcorp.com) and Irregular Choice (www.irregularchoice.com). Hair by Arrojo Studio (www.arrojostudio.com). Select pieces from Laure Luxe (www.laureluxe.com) will also be styled into the show. “Black-Chunk” necklaces courtesy of Gabriel J. Shuldiner (gabrieljshuldiner.posterous.com) from the upcoming Fleurs Du Mal collection, Fall 2010. Between 8PM and 9PM, complimentary refreshments will be provided by Bulldog Gin (www.bulldoggin.com) and GURU Energy Drink (www.guruenergy.com). Our friends, the Famous Friends (myspace.com/famousfriendsny), will be hosting! Featured entertainment will include Finger on the Pulse, Dave P (Fixed), JDH (Fixed), Gavin Royce (Bad Decision), Stephen Pandolfi (Kids with Snakes). Video documentary wonders “The New Pop” will capture the event for a later film. The event promises to be filled with visual, auditory, and stylistic stimulation as it celebrates the relationship between the love of fashion and music. Please join Love Brigade in celebrating this inspired relationship.

Manslaughter by Nicky Digital!

Photos are in from the Manslaughter for Mishka launch party, courtesy of Nicky Digital. We hosted for our friends Valissa Yoe and Mad Marietta at our retail store in Williamsburg, Love Brigade + Friends. We are proud to be the only retail store on the globe to carry Manslaughter.

Check out the photos here!

Manslaughter for Mishka is the first line of Couture Streetwear tailored to bloodthirsty babes. Manslaughter is an experimental reconstruction of Mishka's Streetwear designs. This metamorphosis now serves the innocent their first taste of vicious.

Designers Mad Marietta and Valissa Yoe collaborate on Manslaughter, proving opposites create balance by weaving Marietta's dark, nocturnal vision with Yoe's sultry, fiery side.
